The 1 oz. bottle of YU has a design flaw. You cannot pump all of the product out of the bottle unless you unscrew it & manually retrieve it. At $100 per bottle, it is unfair that product contents cannot be fully utilized. Great cream; lousy packaging.

Looking through our records, we can’t find your purchase with us, so we can’t guarantee the same quality of the packaging or product itself if was purchased somewhere else. But regardless the issue, it appears that some makers, regardless of the product price, do not pay proper attention to manufacturing or their products, and came across of similar flaw with other brads.
