If you work a hard manual labor job and sweat a lot, you need this. I sweat like crazy when I work and after a while of loosing all those electrolytes and minerals it interferes with energy levels and production. I can attest to the fact that this stuff works! For work I mix between 5-10 drops in a half gallon (5) or sometimes a full gallon (10) of distilled water and add a pinch of Himalayan or Celtic sea salt. This will 100% make your work day easier and more manageable, especially when it’s scorching hot outside. My brother works for my company and I gave him some to try when he was taking a break because he was getting heat exhaustion, he went home that same night and ordered a bottle for himself. It will really put you back in the game! Recommended!

If you have a reverse osmosis machine and trying to get some extra minerals. These drops work great. I was hesitant at first as I read some reviews about possible taste alterations.
